After years of falling in and out of love with my body, I finally came to the understanding that happy is not a dress size. I decided to share my story – and the stories of lots of other women – because self-love isn’t a walk in the park. And I truly believe we need to hear each others stories, struggles and self-care tips in order to get to a better place ourselves. The more women stand up against ridiculous beauty standards and other BS the more we can change the game.
